SHIPPING POLICY

At Stylendeal, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently — right to your doorstep. We have partnered with trusted and reputed courier companies across India to ensure timely delivery and a seamless shopping experience.

✅ 1. Order Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once processed, your order will be dispatched and handed over to our delivery partners.

You will receive an email and SMS notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

💡 Orders placed after 6 PM are processed on the next business day.

✅ 2. Shipping & Delivery Time:

Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of courier service in your area.

Typical delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days

Other Urban Areas: 3 – 7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5 – 10 business days

📦 In rare cases of unexpected delays (weather, lockdown, courier issues), deliveries may take a bit longer. We appreciate your understanding.

✅ 3. Shipping Charges:

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

✅ 4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier link via SMS and email.

You can track your shipment anytime under the “Track Order” page on our website:

If you don’t receive tracking details within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer care team.

✅ 6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

COD is available for selected pin codes only.

COD orders are verified through SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call before dispatch.

Repeated COD cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of the COD facility for that user.

💡 Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

✅ 7. Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

To update your address post-order, contact support@stylendeal.com within 4 hours of placing your order.

✅ 8. Multiple Shipments:

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

✅ 9. Delivery Attempts:

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

The courier will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If still unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

To reship the order, additional delivery charges may apply.

✅ 10. Damaged or Open Parcels:

If you receive a parcel that looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please:

Do not accept it.

Ask the delivery agent to mark it as “Return to Sender”.

Notify our support team immediately with a photo or video for assistance.

This helps us process replacements or refunds quickly.

✅ 11. International Shipping

Currently, Stylendeal ships only within India.
We’re working on expanding our services internationally in the near future.

✅ 12. Delays Beyond Control:

While we ensure timely delivery, certain situations may be beyond our control, including:

Natural calamities

Strikes or curfews

Political or regional disruptions

Courier partner delays

In such cases, we request your patience and understanding.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 7-day return or replacement for eligible products.

Return Conditions:

Returns accepted only if:

✔️ Item is unused, unwashed, & undamaged
✔️ All tags & packaging are intact
✔️ Defective/Wrong/Incomplete product delivered

Non-returnable items:
Hygiene items, cosmetics, innerwear, socks, electronics accessories used/opened, clearance sale products.

Refund Process:
  • Refund issued to original payment method or wallet within 5-7 working days after quality check

  • COD refunds via bank transfer/UPI wallet

Damaged Product Received:

Share video & photos at info@stylendeal.com within 48 hours.
